Job Summary

The position entails the task of providing primary support, customer service and administrative function to the Commercial Department.

Duties

• Managing of the daily relationships with the partners
• Preparing of account service related documents
• Account fulfillment requests coordinating
• Supporting of contracting process like terms for contract documentation
• Verifying, documenting and reporting of fulfillment requirements
• Creating of quarterly reports and communications for the Accounts
• Fielding and internal/external processing information requests
• Help with various communications, campaigns and events
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration
• 7 years of client based or agency of sponsorship account management experience
