Job Summary

The team is looking for qualified individuals to join the franchise as Account Executives. This paid, full-time position would require candidates to assist the team's ticket operations in the following ways:

    •    Growing fan base through sales of season tickets, group tickets and single-game tickets
    •    Assisting arena box office in game-day ticket operations
    •    Ensuring that all season ticket holders receive proper gifts and benefits
    •    Responding to questions or concerns of assigned season ticket holder accounts
    •    Providing customer service for season ticket holders and other fans
