Duties

• Developing strong team culture that can reflect the Vanguard University mission
• Proper use of training techniques and leadership skills in the implementation of excellent team of volleyball
• Academic progress monitoring
• Recruitment tasks
• Collegial environment building
• Building and maintaining of program budget
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of successful coaching experience
• Strong skills in recruiting
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Can work in varying work shifts
• Knows about the FERPA laws
