Job Summary

The position will be in charge of the strategic leadership/development/operations of competitive intercollegiate athletics program.

Duties

• Gives visionary leadership while leading the strategic planning
• Athletics program maintaining
• Assists in raising of funds for the athletic programs and department
• Administering of the overall athletic budget
• Evaluating the coaches and athletic department staff
• Ensuring to comply to the policies/rules of NCAA, university and conference
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree or other advanced degree related to the field
• Strong knowledge of intercollegiate athletics rules (NCAA)
• Strong skills on recruitment/communications/interpersonal
