Job Summary
Responsiblities:
· Politely and Professionally communicating entrance requirements to customers
· Stopping customers to ask to see their wristbands
· Forcing customers without wristbands, or with broken/cut wristbands, to return to admissions to pay
· Attaching wristbands to customers if they have an unattached wristband
· Provide exemplary customer service when interacting with customers
· Assist Admissions and Site Director as needed throughout the weekend
· Monitor crowd activities and immediately report any suspicious or threatening behavior to the Site Director
· Being constantly alert and aware of surroundings and customers
Qualifications:
- Strong Desire to Work in Sports
- Friendly & Customer Service Oriented, relevant experience preferred
- Ability and Willingness to work for prolonged periods
- Available to work majority or all Basketball Events
- Strong Communications Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Willingness to travel up to an hour for an event
- Willingness to confront customers
- Basic Math Skills
- Strong Conflict Management Skills
