Job Summary
The position will entail the task of handling the daily operations of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Data Platform (CDP). He or she will ensure customer data is normalized and configured properly.
Duties
- Leading and executing the overall CRM strategy
- Growing the base of customers
- Increasing the understanding level
- Executing of communication plan
- Assists in ensuring platform integrations
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of enterprise level of CRM platform
- 1 year of leading and executing of CRM strategy
- Running and optimizing CRM in large scale experience
- Strong skills in communications/time management
