Aquatic Club Assistant Coach

Job Summary

Job Summary: As Assistant Coach of our Aquatic Club, the employee will assist and supervise daily operation of members in practice and competitive operational situations as directed by the Head coach/director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing promotional brochures for the program
• Maintaining the aquatic club web site
• Promoting the club through local media outlets
• Assisting in publishing monthly calendars and newsletters
• Coordinating operational dates within pool and department schedules
• Keeping attendance and operational records 
• Complying and keeping current needed operational aquatic certifications
• Assisting in coordinating schedules with intercollegiate coaches

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a B.S. degree or in progress of receiving one 
• Minimum of three years of swimming and diving coaching experience
• Experience coaching at the college, high school or equivalent club level
• Computer skills including Word, Excel and Hy-Tek software and competitive background
