Job Summary

Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing customer service, counting, recording and reconciling money (coins and bills) collected from all facets of operation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing customer service, counting, recording and reconciling money (coins and bills) collected from all facets of operation
• Adhering to all company and client policies and procedures
• Distributing till funds and receiving signed verification of distribution
• Receiving money and cash count sheet
• Counting and verifying totals of cash received
• Recording transactions for the event according to Company procedures
• Reconciling money to tickets and/or coupons according to Company procedures
• Performing timely and accurate completion of all administrative responsibilities
• Running money (cash and coins) to locations and receiving payment in return
• Preparing bank deposits for pick up according to company policies and procedures
• Preparing till funds for next event
• Balancing safe and petty cash funds
• Reporting all hazards or accidents immediately
• Participating in training sessions and departmental meetings as scheduled

Qualifications:

• Completion of a High school diploma
• One year of experience handling cash disbursement and reconciliation
• Ability to perform arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) involving all United States monetary units (or Canadian, if applicable)
