Job Summary

Overview:

The swim and dive coach will develop, recruit and administer a competitive women's swim and dive program consistent with the student-athlete philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics. The head coach is expected to develop, coordinate and manage an active recruitment and retention program for student athletes. 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and prior experience coaching swimming at the high school or college level is required.
  • Candidates must also have demonstrated success at effectively recruiting and retaining student-athletes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are essential. CPR, First Aid and AED certifications are also required.
  • Certification as a lifeguard strongly preferred.
