Job Summary

The position will serve as the main contact for online shoppers. He or she must be organized and can multitask at work

Duties

Troubleshooting and resolving of website/customer shopping issues
Assists in ensuring customer orders are processed timely
Planning and supporting for company travel
Help with online orders shipping
Assists in receiving and processing of returns
Other related tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
MS office proficiency
Customer service/inventory experience
Can work under pressure
