Ticket Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Job Summary

Job Summary:  The Sales and Service Associates will help nurture relationships with the soccer community. They are responsible for supporting the Amateur Soccer and Group Sales teams by generating new fan relationships and maximizing current business by attending events in the area and calling prospective clients. Ultimately each Sales and Service Associate will be responsible for increasing the Amateur Soccer portfolio by providing our fans with a level of service that is of the highest standard. Each Sales and Service Associate will require making outbound calls, personalized letters, data entry, and email communication.

Job Responsibilties: 

• Attending events in the local soccer community
• Taking part in ticket sales and service training to become proficient with distributing tickets to large groups
• Supporting and maintaining positive personal relationships with Soccer Partners and Group leaders via out-bound calls,  personalized letters and emails
• Utilizing the Customer Retention Management system to track and report progress of relationships with all clients
• Taking part in department-wide outbound call campaigns

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a High School Diploma or its equivalency 
• 1 - 2 years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet use, and other basic computer usage
• Familiarity with basic tenets of sales and customer service
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
• Completion of a Bachelor's degree
