Job Summary

Job Summary: The Global Brand Director is a central business-building role responsible for crafting the brand narrative, driving fan engagement, and delivering aggressive subscriber growth through impactful marketing strategies.The Brand Director will manage relationships with rightsholders, distribution partners and global business teams. The ideal candidate has a brand and performance marketing background with proven experience building customer acquisition and engagement for a high-affinity consumer brand, combined with a passion and aptitude for driving overall business planning. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Leading the RidePass marketing function including brand, consumer, content, influencer and partnership marketing
  • Advocating for the western lifestyle
  • Cultivating a deep understanding of audience dynamics that helps guide effective marketing strategies
  • Developing and implementing an annual marketing plan 
  • Leading and bringing to life the brand story through smart strategies for traditional and new media, PR, event activation and more
  • Analyzing and interpeting first party data to support LTV measurement and determine campaign ROI
  • Reviewing and recommending marketing tools/partners to help make efficient use of the overall marketing budget
  • Seeking out new marketing channels and business partnerships that will help grow the business/sub base
  • Managing business and product planning with a global technology team 

Qualifications: 

  • Effective strategist and writer of marketing plans, brand & creative briefs, partner & sponsor proposals, and more
  • Completion of a BA/BS in marketing, social sciences, or related field
  • Experience in a marketing leadership role in a growth business 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with subscription based and/or DTC products
  • Experience with Adobe marketing platforms 
  • Experience driving an all-encompassing marketing strategy for a digital-first or app-based business  
  • Experience in the OTT, media, sports and/or entertainment sectors 
  • Experience or expertise in western sports & lifestyle
