Athletics/Assistant Director of Marketing

Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

• Social Media oversight of main athletics accounts including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat
• Designs social media and video board content that aligns with department branding standards insuring consistency on all platforms
• Manages athletics department email marketing campaigns
• Creates game scripts and coordinates game day marketing plans
• Leads outreach opportunities at campus and community events
• Creatively develop sales strategies to enhance revenue generation for the Athletics Department

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• demonstrated experience in marketing and game management
• strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design
• demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills
• ability to work athletic events, irregular schedules, weekends and evenings required.
