Summer 2019 - Facilities Internship

Job Summary

Responsibilities: 

• Data entry and management of CMMS Work Order System
• Communication with staff concerning completed, outstanding or pending projects
• Assist with Data Entry and analysis of utilities usage
• Identify issues throughout stadium that need repairing, especially in the suite levels 
• Support with preparation and execution of the 2019 major events, including NFL pre-season
• Provide assistance during the off-season in Facility Management as needed
• Provide support to the department through the creation and management of various projects
• General office work to include document creation, email, phone calls, sending packages, etc.
• Assist with general logistics such as inventory management, etc.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Facilities staff

Requirements:

• Full-time undergraduate student 
• Technical skills related to facility management are recommended 
• Candidate MUST receive college credit in order to qualify for this internship – proof of credit letter from your College or University is required
• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Polite, positive, self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team 
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office proficient)
• Team player able to handle a variety of tasks 
• Ability to handle physical requirements of job including setting up equipment for events and other light to medium lifting. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
• Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information is necessary
