The position will be in charge of serving as the website's administrator and its sales reports and dashboards.

Duties

• Assists in answering questions related to system and workflow
• Dashboards improvement
• New products and packages implementation
• Developing and conducting new and on going training materials for Salesforce.com
• Current processes analysis
• Constant and consistent information flow maintaining
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in staff management preferred
• KORE software/Eloqua/Tableau/Archtics experience
• SQL and SOQL proficiency
• MS office/SQL proficiency
• Can work in long hours
