The position entails the task of being open to the chance of getting exposed to the daily operations of Fan experience department.

Duties

• Assisting to respond to the suggestions/questions/complaints of the employee/guest
• Helping to plan and execute events held at the Jaguars and Daily's Place
• Assisting to create and implement front line staff training
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in public speaking
