Job Summary

The position will be in charge of managing the key administrative processes like recruitment reporting, Interview coordination.

Duties

• Keep in contact with potential applicants by answering incoming calls
• Interfacing with internal resources and outside vendors
• Prioritizing and coordinating work that can ensure to meet the needs of the recruiters/managers/candidates
• Help in routine requisitions
• Sourcing of resumes
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience in administrative support/HR/HR recruitment
• Strong skills in time management/organization
• Experience in using ATS or similar
