Job Summary
Job Summary: Under general direction of the Managing Director of Competitions & Athlete Services, this position oversees the processing of competition result information and prize list review functions. This position interfaces with other departments, competition secretaries, and members as needed to facilitate the meeting of deadlines and timely, accurate posting of competition results; prepares rule changes relevant to competition results; collaborates on Posting Guide updates; and disseminates new guidelines to staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Directing the development of various resources and tools for show organizers, managers, and secretaries
- Improving the quality of information submitted for both results and prize list functions
- Increasing the accuracy of Federation data
Qualifications:
- Completion of a High School Diploma
- Supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of the Horse Industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a College degree
