Job Summary

Job Summary: We strive to continually improve the guest experience for those with disabilities and special assistance requirements and seeks race day ushers who will be responsible for the essential operations and hospitality services of our seating. This role is meant to enhance the experience of our race-fans who are disabled.

Job Responsibilities:           

• Being the face of hospitality spaces
• Managing the queue lines at the elevators to ensure the guests with the greatest needs can board first
• Assisting guests in mobility aid devices navigate the seating concourse so they can get to and from their seat
  Direct guests to facility amenities and answer questions regarding race day activities/venue operations
  Report issues to supervisor or Event Command Center

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Interest in Event Operations for guests with disabilities
• Basic knowledge of IMS and events
