Job Summary

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Ticket Operations staff on event days – NFL Team home games and public stadium events (Lacrosse, International Soccer, Concerts, etc.) The position will also assist with Customer Service (Mobile Ticketing/Problem Solving), Event Sales, and Will Call ticket distribution to all Season Ticket Holders and Event Day guests.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assisting with ticket re-distribution on both Archtics, and TM Host software
• Solving duplicate ticket issues/ any other ticketing issues that may arise
• Answering phones and assisting with game day informational questions 
• Providing customer service and conflict resolution to fans via telephone and in person

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree 
• Proficient in the use of computerized ticketing software (Archtics, TM Host, mobile applications/Team and Ticketmaster sites/ Passbook/WiFi connectivity, etc.)
• Extensive understanding of the latest in ticket technology, including online account management and mobile tickets
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
