Job Summary

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Community Partnerships, this position is responsible for driving growth & implementation of National School Program (NSP) and DRIVE programs.  This position will work closely with all internal teams including (but not limited to), Advancement, Network Relationships, Network Tracking, and Communications business areas to meet organizational objectives through professional and effective practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing new program locations for the Program and drive in defined territory
• Supporting chapter network on day-to-day business, best practice sharing, chapter adoption & training of Salesforce, and local fundraising efforts
• Prospecting & cultivating both new fundraising opportunities and new Community Partner program locations
• Implementing program components of training, and equipment
• Developing strategic plan(s) in conjunction with Director, Community Relations outlining plan of action for new partnership fundraising and fulfillment
• Managing fundraising prospect lists along with previously agreed upon unfulfilled business list
• Providing monthly & annual reports (both internally & externally) on schools and teachers, training programs and progress, shipments and inventory of supplies and materials
• Supporting online and in-person training program implementation as needed
• Assisting other team members & special projects on an as needed basis

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field\
• Experience in fundraising, program development, or related area
