Duties

• Planning, completing and coordinating of projects used for internal/contractor resources
• Maintenance tasks
• Handling of issues related to building emergencies
• Helping with the daily operations of the building
• Records maintaining
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance Operations, Facilities
• OSHA regulations working knowledge
• Supervising changeover crews experience
• Good skills in organizational, problem solving, decision making
• Reading proficiency
• AutoCad experience or comparable
