Job Summary
The position entails the task of coaching, supervising and developing the intercollegiate varsity team including the programming of in and off season.
Duties
- Planning, strategizing and overseeing of all practices and scheduled contests
- Recruitment plan development
- Team rules and protocols establishment
- Fostering of personal development
- Promoting academic progress
- Team supervision
- Helping with the setup and breakdown of game day
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Coaching experience (high school, college, club)
- Recruiting experience preferred
