Job Summary

The position entails the task of handling the training, education, and development of coaches, referees and administrators.

Duties

• Implementing of operations and strategic plans
• Overseeing the coach and referee recruitment and retention
• Assists in developing synergies and implementing of holistic Training and Education program
• Work on the various departments
• Assists in assessing the needs of coach development
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Strong presentation/communication skills
• Coaching experience preferred
• Master's degree in Sports Management
• 3 years of experience as referee, coach, personnel development
