Job Summary

Job Summary: The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for overseeing the various athletic departments on our campus. The candidate will also help manage the coaching staff for each sports program. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing individual and team strength training and conditioning programs for all sports teams


• Managing intercollegiate athletic strength and conditioning equipment


• Purchasing and maintaining athletic strength and conditioning equipment


• Counseling and advising coaching staff and student-athletes

Qualifications:

• Completion of an Undergraduate degree in health, physical education, kinesiology, exercise science or related field


• NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association) CSCS certification


• Recent full-time work experience related to strength & conditioning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a Master's degree in health, physical education, kinesiology, exercise science or related field


• Work experience in collegiate strength & conditioning program
