Job Summary

Job Summary: The Assistant Women's Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting with the overall organization, direction, and administration of all facets of the sports program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruiting student athletes 
• Evaluating various personnel
• Emphasizing academic priorities to student athletes
• Assisting with organizing/conducting practices and games
• Performing related administrative tasks
• Assistinf with fundraising
• Supervising work study students
• Coordinating team travel arrangements
• Maintaining appropriate communication with students, other coaches, university staff, parents, and alumni.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree
• Previous basketball playing experience or coaching experience
• Possession of a valid driver's license
