Job Summary

The position will be in charge of recruiting, hiring, training and developing the staff of Inside Sales to help generate/maintain sales on various ticket packages.

Duties

• Take charge in meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Developing/mentoring of the staff
• Sales training implementation
• Sales strategies development
• Identifying/exploring/researching of new ticket sales opportunities
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in sales/marketing of tickets
• MS office proficient
• Strong skills in communications
• Self starter
