Job Summary
Job Summary: The Premium Fulfillment Manager, a full-time position, maintains the assets associated with Sponsorship and Luxury Suite ownership at the Arena as well the management of ticket donation requests. This position will report to the Director of Marketing for the Arena but will need to interface across other departments to ensure execution. This detail-oriented and highly organized individual works with current and new sponsorship partners to ensure fulfillment of contractual amenities, assets, tickets, and takes care of the sponsor needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluating incoming donation requests and presenting recommendations to the Director of Marketing and General Manager, based on set criteria, for show tickets
- Completing record keeping, monthly reports, and organizing delivery of tickets to non-profit organizations granted the tickets
- Building relationships to manage fulfillment of contractual marketing assets and sponsor benefits
- Reviewing on a regular basis - all signage and digital assets to ensure all Sponsor amenities are met per individual contracts
- Communicate with sponsors
- Delivering information to the sponsors and relaying any requests, information or concerns from the Sponsor to the Director of Marketing, General Manager, and upper management at the Arena
- Ensuring that upcoming shows and events are communicated to the sponsors as far in advance as possible
- Presenting group sales opportunities, pre-show special events, etc. to determine the interest of sponsor
- Ensuring that Suite Tickets or Club Seat Tickets are delivered to Sponsors in a timely manner
- Working with Food & Beverage liaison in the Premium Seating department regarding Sponsor Suite orders, special events, etc.
- Building a relationship with the owner or administrator to ensue these guest expectations of premium seating are met
- Receiving and evaluating approximately 300-400 donation requests annually
- Responding to all incoming requests and coordinates delivery of donation
- Completing monthly reporting to include number of tickets, show name, and value of tickets
- Adhering to and supporting company policies and decisions in a positive manner
- Cooperating with personnel in other departments to ensure the best overall experience and top of mind awareness of our sponsors and suite owners
Qualifications:
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Two years college level training in business, marketing or public relations, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree
- Sponsorship/ Entertainment Sales experiment
