Job Summary

Job Summary: The Associate Athletic Director of Compliance will be responsible for the overall administration of the development, implementation and monitoring of all systems designed to ensure compliance with the rules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing policies and procedures to monitor and ensure compliance  
• Ensuring all student-athletes are eligible to participate in the intercollegiate athletics programs
• Assisting the Office of Institutional Research in the coordination and submission of the federal graduation report 
• Training staff in the operations of the Compliance Office and their responsibility and accountability
• Monotoring the Academic Performance program
• Updating the rules, education, information and compliance forms on the compliance website
• Serving as the liaison to the Registrar, Faculty Athletic Representative, and Financial Aid and Student Affairs offices
• Overseeing the evaluation and articulation of transcripts in the recruiting process in relation to transfer eligibility
• Collecting and monitoring all required paperwork during annual sport specific pre-season team meetings

Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree
• Experience within an Intercollegiate Athletics Compliance program
• Skilled in computer use of word-processing and data-base software

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Completion of a Master's degree
