Job Summary
The position will be in charge of executing the basketball program's organization, administration and coaching.
Duties
- Execution of a clearly defined coaching/teaching philosophy for the program
- Recruiting of qualified athletes
- Budget management
- Supervising of the assistant coach
- Monitoring of academic progress
- Supporting and helping to retain qualified athletes
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 3 years of coaching experience
- NCAA/NJCAA rules knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certificate, first aid is a plus
