Job Summary

The position will provide administratve assistance to all the facets of the program like in coaching, recruitment, academic progress monitoring and retaining.

Duties

Controlling and supervising of the squad members all throughout the school year

Must know and be familiar with NCAA, conference, university policies

Can demonstrate engagement in the community and civic

Can succeed academically towards graduation

Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder

At least 5 years of experience in professional coaching

Experience in recruitment

Strong skills in organizing and coordinating team travel

Can comply to NCAA rules
