Job Summary

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides high level of service to existing & new premium clientele, including all Summit Club Members, annual Suite and Terrace Club Box Members, and Field-side and Patio Members.
  • Assists in managing Suites and Patio Tables at all games.  
  • Implement season-long service strategies focused on renewing and up-selling current premium clientele.  
  • Meets defined renewal and sales goals. 
  • Prospect, network, set appointments, and aggressively sell all premium seating inventory
  • Generates new ticket sales revenue focusing on referrals and current client development.
  • Achieves daily outbound call and touchpoint goals to support team’s efforts of customer satisfaction and sales/retention goals.
  • Represents and actively promotes the team at special events, including home games, select  events, and other off-site events. 
  • Handles Premium Season Ticket Member inquiries and issues and provide applicable solutions to maintain a positive relationship between Season Ticket Members
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge and effectively and enthusiastically communicates all team events and premium member benefits.
  • Ensures customer data and profile requirements are accurately represented in CRM database
  • Other duties as assigned 

 MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two-year experience in sales and customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with Premium Season Ticket Members and assess their needs
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C Sales Processes; B2B Sales Experience preferred
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of detail against short deadlines.
  • Computer skills emphasizing Word, Excel and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in sports property service and sales.
  • Familiarity with  Major League Soccer.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Firm understanding of Kroenke Sports ticket products and services.
