Maintenance/Facility Staff

Job Summary

Qualified individuals should have excellent skills and strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Maintenance
• Performs custodial work in offices and building interior/exterior to include sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing floors using industrial vacuum cleaners, and scrubbing and buffing machines
• Communicate regularly with maintenance staff about repair and maintenance needs on all equipment and assigned jobs
•  Relate to public and to customers in a professional, courteous and respectful manner, appropriately responding to complaints
•  Occasionally using ladders to wash windows
•  Sweep outdoors and  removing snow or perform other incidental seasonal  tasks
• Clean and maintain facility bathrooms
• Ability to learn to drive large equipment 

Qualification/Requirements:

•  Willing to work as a team player
• Excellent Customer Service skills
•  Able to lift 25 lbs without any limitations
• Knowledge working with facility equipment
•  Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays.
