Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of the team's overall season preparation and execution as needed.
• Assist ticket sales staff members with sales responsibilities including sales calls, processing ticket orders, coordinating group events and birthdays.
• Take lead on a team's promotional theme night and assist with creatively developing new ways to boost attendance.
• Assist the Special Events department, when needed, for any day-of-event hospitality 
• Support the Events/ PR and Sponsorships team in the day-to-day tasks to support each department
• Assist as needed in sponsor activation and hospitality areas
• Plan and Assist team on game days with Fan Experiences, Events, etc.
• Performs necessary logistical duties needed to execute promotions and campaigns, e.g. assembling prize packs, gift redemption, collecting entry cards.
• Responsibilities may also include assisting with database marketing/management activities.
• Develop, maintain and grow client and internal relationships.
• Assistance in maintaining current partnerships, including ticket fulfillment, gift deliveries, entertainment tracking, catering, etc.
• When necessary, execute game day operations, special events, hospitality programs and all tasks pertaining to current client services.
• Actively plan, facilitate, execute and recap all business operations and client services events including, but not limited to, VIP gatherings, concerts, and other events in the organization.
• Learn product offerings and be able to speak knowledgeably to potential customers and clients.

 Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent math skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be able to problem solve quickly, work efficiently in an intense environment.
• Flexibility to work long days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to build relationships, work and contribute to a team based environment and deliver excellence in client service
• Ability to work extended or unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed
• Shared passion for the business and a desire to positively influence the business

Physical Requirements of the Job:

• Ability to stand for entire length of shift.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb up/down flights of stairs, walk on uneven ground.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
