Job Summary

The position will be in charge of managing the daily operations to ensure that the mission of the organization is fulfilled.

Duties

• Helping to coordinate and support all committees leadership meetings
• Ensure that the board, tournament chair and other leadership knows the significant issues that affect the operations
• Overseeing and coordinating all social media and marketing initiatives
• Translating of strategic and long term goals of the organization to daily work plans
• There will also be financial, tournament hosting, membership support, people management and other tasks as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong skills in communications, budget management
• Excellent team work skills
• Action oriented
