Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping the season ticket holder process of retention and renewal.

Duties

• Take part in managing the athletics ticket office
• Serving as the main contact person for various ticketed sports
• Work with ticket sales and championship resources staff
• Keeping internal controls that can ensure proper accounting process
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Master's degree in appropriate specialization or bachelor's degree
• 2 years of appropriate experience
• Ticketing experience preferred
