Job Summary

The position will be in charge of focusing to build stronger relationships with the fans to improve the overall experience while providing top notch customer service.

Duties

• Handling all the aspects of ticket renewals, customer service, client fulfillment
• Conducting 60 outbound calls daily
• Improving of the over all experience of the fans while generating repeat business
• Strong customer base building
• Attending to incoming phone calls/emails
• Handling the daily facets of customer service
• Meeting/exceeding of targeted sales goals
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management/business/related
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong skills in problem solving, attention to detail
• Can work in flexible hours
• Strong skills in communications/interpersonal
• Bilingual (Spanish) speaker preferred
