Job Summary

The position will be in charge of the overall administration of intercollegiate athletic program as per the rules of NCAA, conference, university.

Duties

• Developing and administering the strategic plan of the department
• Strengthening of all the sports
• Promoting of athletic program
• Recruiting, training and evaluating of coaches/administrators
• Leading all the athletic fundraising efforts
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of collegiate athletic administration experience
• Strong knowledge of NCAA and Title IX rules
• Master's degree preferred
