HEAD TRACK and FIELD COACH

Job Summary

The position will take charge in handling all the aspects of directing the program of track and field.

Duties

• Developing and executing a strong strategy for recruiting
• Helping to monitor academic progress
• Assists in preparing team accomodation
• Helping to assess the program needs
• Completion of all administrative tasks
• Other related task

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Must have Massachusetts driver license
• College coaching experience required, head coach experience is a plus
• Prior playing experience preferred
• Strong skills in customer service, communications
