Job Summary
The position will take charge in greeting of the guests, ticket checking and directing the fans while ensuring to provide top notch customer experience.
Duties
- Maintaining an upbeat and friendly atmosphere
- Communicating to guests in friendly way
- Guiding the fans to exit
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Strong customer focus, communication skills
- Courteous and enthusiastic
- Good in solving problems
- Can work in the different areas of the ball park
