Job Summary
The position will take charge in overseeing a staff of one sales consultant.
Duties
- New business generation by outbound call campaigns
- Developing and executing of approved annual business and sales plan
- Recruiting, hiring, training and staff supervising
- Leading, motivating, developing and retaining of sales staff
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in sports ticket sales
- Ticketmaster experience is a plus
- Strong leadership/motivational skills
