Job Summary

• Assist with daily MLB Teams field preparations, registration/check in, and supporting coaches as needed.


• Serve as onsite point of contact during RBI games as needed; responsible for opening/closing facility on Academy game days.


• Assist with concession stand operations, managing supplies and inventory, and organizing facilities as needed.


• Assist with special events such as Pitch, Hit & Run, Jr Home Run Derby, and Academy tryouts.

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays


• Available 30 hours/week


• Ability to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions


• Minimum physical requirements are able to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 pounds


• Spanish speaking a plus


• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
