Video Producer

 

As part of the Digital & Social department the Club Video Producer will generate content and act as a lead video shooter/producer/editor for all club video activations. This position will be heavily involved in social media, sponsorship and in-game content development and production. 

 

·         Assist in communication, delivery and output in relation to broadcast and league television partners. 

·         Consult on digital livestream activations and equipment purchases

·         Produce compelling content for digital and social outlets from ideation to finished product including: scripting, shooting, editing and graphic design.

·         Strong understanding of trends in the industry and proven storytelling ability using video & audio.

·         Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and messaging related to content creation. 

·         Constantly generate creative ideas for all platforms that have potential to be monetized.

·         Generate motion graphics for all platforms using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

·         Work with Director of Digital & Social Media to manage sponsorship integration in to video content. 

·         Ability to work in a deadline focused environment.

·         Work cooperatively with team members, across departments, within and with external clients.  

 

·         Experience in producing high-quality video content for various outlets.

·         Experience editing video and audio using Adobe Creative Cloud and social media platforms. 

·         Experience creating motion graphics using Adobe After Effects preferred. 

·         Experience operating Sony and Canon cameras to shoot compelling video and photos. 

·         Familiarity with a variety of the industry’s concepts, best practices and procedures. 

·         Strong knowledge of video codecs and delivery methods preferred.

·         Understanding of best practice in lighting and sound recording in video production.

·         Strong time management skills, understanding of video & creative project workflow. 

·         Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously

·         Strong knowledge of MLS and a comprehensive knowledge of the team.

·         Ability to work as part of a team in a multi-media environment. 

·         Ability to work well with many departments including senior management.

·         Self-motivated, positive and collaborative attitude.

·         Fluency in Microsoft Office, Mac/​PC software, and web/​new media technology. ​ 

·         Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and travel as needed.

·         Strong written and verbal communications skills.
