Job Summary
Customer Service responsibilities include, but not limited to: answering general questions, providing information on leagues, events, facility, operating micro system and handling cash transactions.
- Update membership profile information in Sports IT/DASH.
- Remain current on facility programs and events in order to correctly respond to the public.
- Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Answer inbound calls from customers to answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and facilitate transactions.
- Reacts to problems and provides basic solutions based on prescribed guidelines or procedures.
- Directs issues or concerns to the right person or department for resolution.
- Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience.
- Must be available to evenings and weekends including Sundays.
Experience/Skills:
- 1 – 3 years of customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment.
- Must be flexible and able to work mornings from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm and weekends when needed.
