Customer Service Associates - Part-time

Job Summary

 Customer Service responsibilities include, but not limited to: answering general questions, providing information on leagues, events, facility, operating micro system and handling cash transactions. 

• Update membership profile information in Sports IT/DASH. 
• Remain current on facility programs and events in order to correctly respond to the public.  
• Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
• Answer inbound calls from customers to answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and facilitate transactions.
• Reacts to problems and provides basic solutions based on prescribed guidelines or procedures.
• Directs issues or concerns to the right person or department for resolution.
• Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience.
• Must be available to evenings and weekends including Sundays.

Experience/Skills:

• 1 – 3 years of customer service experience. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Superior written and verbal communications skills. 
• Strong interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment. 
• Must be flexible and able to work  mornings from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm and weekends when needed.
