Job Summary
Our growing soccer business seeks experienced, motivated Sales Representatives to present and sell our line of products. We’re looking for professional soccer coaches with a passion for the game, which can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge, and sell to their teams, players or athletic director. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training collaterals, support, to then manage his pre define territory. We expect the coach to actively work on promoting and selling each day, so the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must. Duties
- Present and assist customers as they shop for new products
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting or call with prospects, and ultimately sales quotas
- Learn how products work and their unique selling proposition
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Sales Representative skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ direct or inside sales experience
- Ability to translate complicated soccer jargon for the average consumer
- Experience working with sales volumes greater than $20,000
- Willingness to work from remote locations, tournament locations when needed
- Flexible work schedule. The nature of the business means a lot of weekend involvement into selling our products. This is a must.

Salary
- Commission only.
