Lead Team Member

Job Summary

• Execute high service standards and exceed guest expectations daily by holding all employees accountable to adhering to company service, quality and cleanliness specification and food handling.


• Manage staff including training and coaching.


• Resolve guest conflict through service recovery and bring ideas to management when change is needed.  


• Assist the team in maintaining and increasing productivity and monitoring inventory.


• Follow all safe cash handling policies and procedures. Responsible for cash drops and opening and closing shift responsibilities.


• Create an engaging and energetic environment where all staff works as a team.


• Ability to perform all team member tasks.

• 1+ years supervisory or management experience in a similar food and beverage environment.


• Passion for locally grown and fresh products


• Self-Starter, flexible and able to work independently and in a team environment.


• Ability to multitask and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast paced environment.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Exceptional organizational skills


• Knowledge of current Food and Beverage compliance and regulations including state and federal laws and regulations.
