The position will be in charge of organizing all the facets of basketball program for women.

Duties

• Recruiting and selecting of qualified student athletes
• Ensuring to keep committed student athletes
• Compliance with the rules of College, Skyline conference and NCAA
• Hiring and supervising of assistant coach
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience in coaching and recruitment
• Strong skills in communications
• Can work professionally, flexible with time and independently
