Assistant Coach, Men's and Women's Crew

Job Summary

The position will be representing the university through the Men's/Women's Crew to its constituents.

Duties

• Teaching, coaching, mentoring the student athletes
• Participating in all competitions and practices
• Helping to organize all the aspects of athlete's development
• Ensuring to create a positive environment for the student athletes
• Helping to identify and recruit qualified players
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of coaching/rowing experience
• Can comply to the rules of NCAA and conference
• Current certification: AED/First Aid/CPR
• Can pass background check
