50/50 Sales Representative

Job Summary

• Sell 50/50 Raffle tickets to fans at the arena pre-game and during the game
• Approach and speak to a large number of fans each game
• Use mobile handheld or stationary device and printers f
• Accurately handle cash from raffle ticket sales and turn it in to staff at the end of the night
• Communicate 50/50 Raffle details and rules to fans
• Share information about the organization and the impact on the community
• Represent the organization in a positive manner as brand ambassadors

• Must be at least 18 years old before the start of the 2019-20 season
• Must be prompt and arrive to games on time
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must demonstrate a professional and positive attitude when interacting with fans
• Must be able to work home games
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if necessary
• Must be willing to work 4 hour shifts
