Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting 650+ team members (part-time) during event and non-event day.

Duties

• Ensuring smooth execution of major event days
• Prioritizing of the stadium culture
• Addressing all the challenges and work of the team members with department leadership
• Overseeing of the hiring process
• Building and maintaining staff models
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications/Business Ad or Hospitality
• 5 years of experience in overseeing large group of employees
• 3 years of experience in venue management
• MS office proficient
• Good record in successful culture building
